OUR OBJECTIVE

“The objective of Africa Wild Trails is to provide the very highest quality experiential learning programmes, courses, exercises and tours, in countries where the impact of the experience will be deep and memorable, where the discovery of new capabilities is real and long lasting, with partners who are highly qualified and experienced in the areas of conservation, anti-poaching, survival, community engagement and cultural diversity…” Angus Wingfield (Director AWT)

After spending many years in South Africa, building up contacts & excellent working relationships with trusted high calibre operators and educators, Africa Wild Trails began in 2009.

With us you will find programmes that contain excellent pre-trip preparation, highly qualified guides, rangers and instructors and a real opportunity to connect with wild places, wild animals and the differing cultures of this most beautiful part of our planet.

For the the young people on our programmes there is the opportunity to take part in genuinely useful and worthwhile educational projects and a chance to discover much about their own capabilities, strengths & weaknesses which will stay with them and serve them well for the rest of their lives.

A good amount of fun along the way is important too!
